About – Devan Webb LCSW
Sometimes, life can feel challenging or overwhelming, even when it looks like you’re holding everything together. You may be carrying anxiety, feeling emotionally exhausted, struggling to cope with a life transition, or just generally feeling unhappy with where you are in life. These are feelings that most people have experienced at some point in their life — we are all human! Reaching out for support can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to face it alone. You have already made the beginning steps of seeking support by reading this message, and we can face the rest together.
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where we can explore what’s weighing on you, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical tools to help you move toward the life you want. Therapy is hard work, but I believe it should be an experience that is enjoyable as well. I prioritize creating a relationship with each client that feels relaxed, trusting, and non-judgmental.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and difficulties related to traumatic experiences. I take a compassionate, evidence-based approach while recognizing that every person’s story is unique. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that fits your goals, strengths, and values.
I offer integrative therapy that pulls from CBT, IFS, and mindfulness that will both challenge and relieve you of your burdens. I also offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy that can be used to address negative thoughts or patterns that have emerged from past traumas.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by everyday stress or working through deeper emotional challenges, healing is possible. You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to be a piece of your healing journey.
